The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

I was planning to visit my brother following their recent move. Their family has moved 8 times in 12 years and this was the first time they paid a premium for a full-service moving company. Just got off the phone with him to learn that the guys showed up and did not know they were there to help him move. This company hires employees who don’t know what the company does. Then their employees left the walls of the house damaged and belongings were destroyed and even my brother’s bed wasn't delivered. I hope Mayzlin makes this right.

Worst Joke Ever.

I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Good Communication!!!

I was relocating my home office, and a lot of my stuff was oddly shaped or fragile—tripods, lighting kits, whiteboards. The crew from Mayzlin Relocation LLC didn’t treat it like an ordinary move. They wrapped each piece with care, asked how I wanted things packed, and gave special attention to the electronics. Everything worked perfectly when I set it up again. Definitely a great experience if you’ve got non-standard stuff like I did.

Whole process so easy!

I moved into a high-rise with a strict elevator schedule, and everything had to be done in a tight two-hour window. These guys came totally prepared. They coordinated with the front desk, loaded everything quickly, and were somehow done ahead of schedule. I was seriously impressed by how organized and efficient they were.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

efficient and polite moving company

I booked with Mayzlin Relocation LLC for a long-distance move from the city to a small town four hours away. I was nervous about my computer equipment and artwork, but they packed everything with care, using blankets and straps to keep it all secure. At the new place, they helped unpack and didn’t leave until I gave the okay. It felt like they really cared about getting it right.
