The crew was polite!!!

My husband and I moved into our first apartment together and didn't have a ton of stuff, but we still wanted help with the big pieces. The movers were careful with the couch, bed, and dresser, and they navigated some tight corners without damaging the walls. They worked quickly and stayed in good spirits the whole time. It felt more like a team effort than just a service.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Worst customer service

Absolutely the WORST moving experience I've had in my 65 years. ZERO communication, they hold your things and charge storage fees, they try to change agreed upon days. As of today, I have ZERO idea when my things will get to me. They've had my things for almost 2 months and it has not budged one foot. Here I sit with nothing. Don't use this company.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Very disappointing experience.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

It was a solid overall professional move.

We moved out of a second-floor apartment with tight corners, and I had no idea how the sectional would fit through them. The movers worked like a puzzle team, tilting and rotating until it fit through. I expected at least a few scuffed walls or scratches, but there was nothing. I was genuinely surprised at how smoothly it all went, considering the bulky items involved.
