Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
The move from our two-bedroom apartment was handled perfectly. The crew used the elevator efficiently, making sure it was never held up too long for other residents. Boxes were placed in the correct rooms, which saved us hours of sorting later. The entire process was faster than I anticipated and completely stress-free from start to finish.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I recently hired Mayzlin Relocation LLC to relocate my fitness equipment from my garage to a commercial gym space. They moved treadmills, free weights, and machines without scratching the floors. When the equipment was set up, everything worked exactly as it had before. The movers were professional and careful, and it saved me days of heavy lifting and reassembly.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
