Hands down, the Mayzlin Relocation LLC movers' squad was terrific while shifting my appliances and furniture. Their moving assistance was a relief, not a scratch on anything, a fast and safe moving journey.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC gave us an amazing experience. When necessary, the staff asked inquiries and moved quickly and professionally. In only one day, they expertly packed and unloaded our furniture. Many appreciate the crew for their professionalism and efficiency.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
I was very pleased by how dependable, polite, quick, and thoughtful the company was. They were very helpful, and it wasn't just that they moved some things. Their work was very professional and dedicated, but I don't have any shots. Everything is fine with these movers.
