Amazing

Having had negative experiences with other moving companies, I was skeptical about making the right decision for our move. Nelson; our main contact at the chosen company was amazing and supported us throughout the process. Although the price wasn't the cheapest, my past experiences taught me that choosing cheap services leads to poor quality. I spoke with Nelson when Jerry was unavailable, who was equally great. The care shown by both owners and employees is evident. The movers were friendly, and we encountered no issues with packing, shipping, or delivery to our new home . Mayzlin Relocation LLC will be my top choice and recommendation for future distance moves. Thank you!

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Brave Movers

Let me tell you, Mayzlin Relocation LLC knows how to deliver a moving experience like no other. Steve and John are the movers you want on your team. These dudes are absolute legends! They hustled like there was no tomorrow, ensuring every step of my move was spot on. Their eye for detail was unreal, meticulously packing and handling my belongings. Trust me; you won't regret choosing them for your move!

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Great pleasure

In general, working with Mayzlin Relocation LLC was a great pleasure for me. They had the most reasonable charges and were the first company who agreed to move me on Sunday. My relocation was also handled very professionally. I would suggest them to anyone who is moving.
