Moving company in Charlotte, NC
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I am so pleased with Mayzlin Relocation LLC punctuality, hard work, and expertise that I will be hiring them again next week to move and set up the furniture and accessories for my staging business.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Paul and David did an amazing job when I moved from NJ to TX countryside home. Their team came on time with really good moving equipment such as dollies, ramps, and blankets. They were really careful with fragile things. They made sure everything arrived safely and in one piece. Even on the winding country roads, they got everything to me right on time and without any delays. Mayzlin Relocation LLC is really good at what they do and they know how to handle any kind of move!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
