Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC treated my furniture like it was their own. They used thick blankets to cover my sofa and secured it with straps so it wouldn’t get dirty or wet. They took apart my dining table and labeled each leg and screw. The movers were friendly and worked like a team. They were gentle with my bookcases, making sure not to tip them and spill the books. They placed corner protectors on my wooden furniture to prevent any nicks or scratches. When they arrived at my new home, they put everything back together perfectly.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
Moving with a family of five can be chaotic, but Mayzlin Relocation LLC handled everything perfectly. They packed each child’s room separately and labeled every box so we knew exactly where everything was. The movers were cheerful and made jokes to keep the kids entertained. They also assembled the bunk beds at the new house, which saved us a lot of time. It felt like more than just a moving service—it felt like they genuinely cared about making the transition easy for our whole family.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
Jack and his crew paid a lot of attention while wrapping our valuables. They also loaded them carefully onto the trucks and delivered them safely to a storage facility nearby. The delivery process took few hours and they made sure to shrink wrap the cartons and boxes together so they’d remain secure in one place. They delivered it all in terrific condition to us. They have our highest recommendation!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
