The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
My move involved downsizing from a family home to a smaller condo, so I had a lot of random boxes filled with souvenirs and old photos. The folks who helped me were so considerate and allowed me to open a couple of boxes mid-move to double-check what I really needed to take. They didn’t rush me at all. At the new place, they stacked the boxes in a way that left room for me to maneuver around. They kept asking if I was okay with the placement of everything, which was such a relief. I couldn’t be happier.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
My cat escaped during the chaos of the move, and I was freaking out. One of the movers helped me look for him and spotted him hiding under the couch. They waited patiently until I got him secured back in his carrier.
I hired these movers for my two-bedroom apartment, and they were on time and ready with all the gear. They carefully loaded my glass-top dining table, using thick blankets and some kind of rubber straps to keep it steady in the truck. My collection of books was packed into boxes, and they reinforced the bottoms with extra tape to avoid anything falling through. They took apart my bed frame, keeping all the screws in a labeled bag. At the new place, they rolled out my rugs before placing the furniture, which saved me a lot of effort.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers from this company were very organized and quick. They kept me updated on everything throughout the move, and all my belongings arrived safely at my new place. I'm so grateful for their help, and I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed to move.
