Moving company in Charlotte, NC
We had a long list of boxes and oversized items to move, and the crew brought several dollies and straps to keep everything secure. They balanced speed with caution, and made sure every box was stacked properly and heavy items were locked in place. We were very impressed with how organized they were!
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
These people really know what they are doing. They came with everything needed, quickly packed my stuff and set up my bed at the new place. Everything came together perfectly.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
My entire dining room was moved and transported by the movers, including the glass-top table, chairs with cushions and a bar cabinet. My worries about breakage were gone since they packed everything so well. Their ability was very impressive.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
We were moving to be closer to my parents, and I needed the process to be fast but carefully handled. Fortunately, Mayzlin Relocation LLC team was incredible. They packed everything with care, placed boxes exactly where I asked, and even helped reassemble shelving and furniture so I could unpack easily. Absolutely recommended!
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
