The team not only worked efficiently but also maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout. They arrived on time with a well-equipped truck stocked with all the essential moving supplies, setting the stage for a smooth and enjoyable moving process.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The movers were careful with my things and arrived on my request. They were very helpful to customers and worked very attentively. They took care of everything, and I would recommend them to anyone.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
George, the owner of the moving business we chose, was great to work with. He was honest, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. The movers were also on time, polite, skilled, hardworking, and friendly. I agree with everything about it.
