I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
When they showed up, they put down these mats to keep my floors scratch-free—nice touch! And they were extra careful with my breakables, making sure they got to my new place in one piece. They even brought extra packing stuff, just in case.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had some doubts about hiring movers, but Joshua and Anthony changed my mind completely. They were very professional and efficient, wrapping all my belongings with bubble wrap and carefully loading them onto the truck. They even managed to move my heavy couch up the stairs without breaking a sweat or scratching the walls. They were very polite and respectful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you, guys!
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The movers were amazing with our big family during our recent move. Plus, 2 of them even went out of their way to grab wardrobe boxes for seasonal clothing. They treated all the possessions with terrific care and ensured the delivery was on time. We are glad we hired them!
