Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
I agree with Jason, this company schmoozes you when you call and promises delivery service they can't control. Nicholas is a con artist and never picked up a call from me when our furniture didn't show up as promised. Just pay me he said and we will get your stuff there on time. Well I had to wire transfer full payment before the stuff got delivered, apparently that's standard with them. Go elsewhere this company is no good.
Every crew member did an outstanding job, and the event went off without a hitch. They responded quickly to my questions, ensuring my belongings arrived intact and intact. I wholeheartedly endorse them.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Everyone worked harder with a large group of us, but James and his team always kept to the schedule and took extra care in wrapping everything. I recommend them for both moves.
They were fantastic in a lot of ways, including being cautious with our possessions and giving us a fair price. They handed me a mound of free boxes as I was making my way to their TX distribution facility.
