The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
I had a fantastic time working with this company. The guys who assisted me in bringing my fiancée into my flat with his possessions were really professional and did a fantastic job. Their price guarantee and how they blanketed or plastic-wrapped each piece of furniture caught my eye. They are also quite talented and work very quickly and effectively. Everyone moving into the area should use this firm. Keep up the excellent work, guys!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
What I loved most was how respectful they were of my new place. They laid down thick mats from the front door to the living room to avoid tracking in dirt. They also took off their shoes or put on booties when going on my new carpet. My biggest headache was a huge dresser with a mirror attached, but they separated the mirror with caution, padding the edges thoroughly. When everything was done, they took away some of the extra packing materials so I didn’t have to deal with the mess. Talk about going above and beyond.
