We wish you all the very best!

My lease was ending, and my new place wouldn’t be ready for another 5 days. I didn’t want to move twice, so I opted for their storage service in between. They picked up, stored my items safely, and delivered them safely once my apartment was ready. Everything came back clean, dry, and exactly how I left it. It was a terrific experience!

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Spectacular move!!

They came highly recommended, and I can now see why. From start to finish, their communication was excellent.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Most Seamless Moving Process

I recently accepted a job offer in a new city and had to move out within the week. I didn’t even have time to pack. Thankfully, this moving company offered full packing services. They brought boxes, bubble wrap, and even wardrobe containers. Everything was labeled, inventoried, and protected. I was over the moon to receive everything intact!

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
