The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
These people make what might be a difficult procedure much easier to handle. In every move, their exceptional packing abilities shined through.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
They went the extra mile! Disconnected and reconnected our washer and dryer at both locations. Huge weight lifted off our shoulders!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
Our move from CO to NY was handled very courteously and efficiently by the staff of Mayzlin Relocation LLC. From the first call until after the move, they kept me informed and arrived promptly on moving day. Our furniture was carefully wrapped to protect it and loaded onto the truck with care. Upon unloading, they made sure I was happy with the placement of the furniture. They worked diligently, quickly, and were very courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a long-distance move. Their price and service are excellent.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
