Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I did extensive research to find the best moving company. A friend of mine suggested Mayzlin Relocation LLC. The guys were really attentive with all of my belongings when they wrapped them. Everything was top-notch for me.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
I scheduled them to help us unload our belongings when we moved from TX. The company is really trustworthy. The two movers started working as soon as they got there. Despite being quite silent, they worked quickly. We are grateful that they handled the stuff with such care.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
Very high quality. The movers were kind, maintained everything in clear communication, and came prepared with an additional large vehicle. They were able to quickly pull everything back in, and the relocation didn't harm a thing. It was also the most reasonably priced company I could locate on the web.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
I'd recently suffered an accident and unfortunately had to move out of my apartment within the same week. Even though my injuries weren't too serious, my doctor still recommended I don't do anything strenuous. Their movers were so understanding and accommodating. They didn't let me put any strain on my body and handled all the heavy lifting themselves. To top it off, they also reassembled and placed my furniture in their designated rooms after delivery. I settled in comfortably all because of them. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
