Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC workers were quick, courteous, and punctual. I was really impressed by how carefully they covered each item of furniture they moved. They exceeded my expectations, and I will not hesitate to use them again. I really value how fast and safe my money was sent.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
James and Richardson are the best movers I've ever used. They were quick, careful, friendly, and affordable. I've used them twice now, and both times were amazing. They moved me from MD to NY without any damage, handling furniture assembly and disassembly with ease. They wrapped everything up, labeled the boxes, and placed them where I wanted in the new place. They made the whole process stress-free and easy.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Consistently reliable, and always sporting a cheerful attitude. I plan to use it myself and advocate for it to others.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
