My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Moving into our third-floor condo without an elevator looked like a nightmare, yet this crew managed everything without any issues or complaints. They gently moved heavy furniture, managed through narrow staircases, and left our walls and possessions undamaged. We were astounded by how fast they finished the task under difficult circumstances. We sincerely appreciate this group.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Freshly, we required assistance moving stuff from our house up to a recently bought cottage up north. We also required a mover who could stop for us on route to pick up a piece of furniture. James was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and professional. He dispatched two movers who were really quick, courteous, and very helpful. The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
