I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
Their method of quotation was straightforward. In response to my email with a video walkthrough, they promptly sent a detailed and accurate quote. In the bill, you will not find any surprises.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
My move included a stop at a storage unit. The movers I hired from Mayzlin Relocation LLC stacked everything to fit the space efficiently, left clear walking paths and labeled everything by category. It was the most organized I’ve ever seen a storage setup!
Since my bakery is based out of my home, they carefully moved all of my heavy equipment. No harm came to anything, and they handled it with care, as if they knew exactly what it was. It is quite remarkable how professional they are.

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
