My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
After they loaded everything, they told me my stuff would be delivered in two days. A week later, nothing. I called, no answer. Emailed, no reply. Finally, I had to threaten legal action, and suddenly, they found my stuff in their warehouse. When it arrived, my bed frame was missing, my bookshelf was cracked in half, and my expensive rug smelled like gasoline.
I needed help with a move, and the service exceeded expectations. Everything from packing to unloading was handled professionally. Nothing got scratched, and the workers kept a positive attitude the entire time. I couldn’t be happier.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
