My fragile items, like small crystals, were all packed in tripped coast of bubble wrap. The packers were very careful about my things.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
I am really grateful for the assistance I received from the movers. They gave me the most enjoyable moving experience possible here. They worked nonstop until everything was finished and were kind while yet being professional. They have my sincere praise!
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

The group arrived promptly and got to work right away. They boxed up my belongings, transported them, then unpacked them at my new apartment. They worked quickly, yet they treated everything as if it were their own. I highly recommend this company!
The moving team went above and beyond by helping me organize my new area, in addition to being efficient when loading and unloading the vehicle. They moved my antique dresser and wooden swings and made me happy with the arrangement in my new home.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
