Hired them because they had good reviews at the time. People on the phone were very nice. I moved cross country, and when the mover arrived at the destination, I now had a damaged TV stand, dining table and benches, and a few other things that I did not include on the claim form. Somehow my 8 drawer dresser was MISSING and no one knew what happened to it. Over $1,000 to replace all these items, sent my claim in, and they were only willing to reimburse me $170. With the amount of time it took to finally get the claim reviewed, I didn’t think it would even be worth the hassle of disputing it. You can find a better company. I will give credit to the single mover who brought all of my belongings in to complete the move, though, as was hard working alone so he deserves some credit. Should have sold my stuff and purchased new furniture since I had to get new furniture anyway.
