Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Super frustrating experience

Do not use this company!!! Absolutely terrible experience. Stuff didn’t get delivered for WEEKS and then multiple broken and missing items. Please stay far far away.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Unforgettable Experience

The entire move took barely three hours, there was no rush, everyone worked calmly yet diligently, and they appeared to be very attentive and careful with the goods. Make sure nothing is damaged or scratched, pack everything rationally and orderly in the vehicle, and stow the delicates in a carton. Overall, excellent functioning.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

Thanks again for being my moving superheroes!

Mayzlin Relocation LLC deserves five stars for who they are and how they go about servicing. They did an excellent job of lifting my 40 kg bed all the way from the sixth level to the vehicle on the lowest floor! I bit my nails the entire time. I was aware of their high level of professionalism because creating it was not easy.
