They were professional, timely, and worked hard.

We had a safe to move, and it was extremely heavy. The movers brought equipment that made the job look simple. They rolled it out of the house, loaded it onto the truck, and set it down exactly where we asked in the new place. Not a single scratch on the floor. I couldn’t believe how strong and prepared they were.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

It was a very positive experience.

I moved into a loft downtown, and the only access was through a small elevator. The movers didn’t complain once, even though it meant multiple trips. Each box and piece of furniture fit in eventually, and they kept things moving at a steady pace. By the time they finished, every item was in the right room. The effort they put in really made me appreciate their work.

Worst Joke Ever.

I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!

I can honestly say this was one of the easiest moving experiences I’ve had. We relocated my parents’ library of over 500 books. The movers packed them in sturdy boxes, labeled each one by room, and stacked them neatly in the new study. Smith checked the shelves twice before leaving. Everything was where it belonged when they finished.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
