The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
The team John & Allen was punctual, efficient, and hardworking. They were very careful to mark the boxes and put everything neatly. They used high-quality equipment and materials to protect my belongings. They were also considerate and attentive to my requirements. I am grateful for their help; they went out of their way.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
They've helped us move 3 times now, and each time was easy. Everything was well planned, from making the reservation to getting our furniture and electronics. Our move went smoothly because we could stay in touch and get information on time. I highly recommend them.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers were both courteous and professional. They greeted me with a smile and were respectful of my property. Their attention to detail was evident as they wrapped up furniture and ensured nothing was scratched or damaged. I truly appreciated their hard work.
