Moving company in Charlotte, NC
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
I’m so happy I chose this moving service. The movers were on time and very efficient. They packed and loaded everything with great care. I was impressed by their teamwork and how smoothly everything went. The crew was friendly and made sure all my requests were met. The whole move was done quicker than I expected, and nothing was damaged.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
These movers are lifesavers! They sent a friendly team of 3 who carefully wrapped and packed all my belongings in my 3-story house. Not a single picture frame broke, despite I have a ton! The move took exactly 8 hours, which was impressive considering all the stairs. Highly recommend for anyone with fragile items.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
