Moving company in Charlotte, NC
I was appreciative and felt respect for the moving company's diligence and hard work. The team handled every assignment with the utmost care and consideration, and it was evident that they loved and respected it.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC provided a premium service when I needed to move my belongings across state lines. They offered packing services, and I decided to go for it since I had a lot of fragile items. The team arrived with high-quality packing materials and handled everything meticulously. They carefully packed my china and glassware, and nothing got damaged during the trip. It was reassuring to know that they took extra precautions to protect my items. The move itself was completed without any hitches, and the staff was always polite and helpful.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had a terrific day at a storage facility, something I never would have predicted! In addition to being tidy and well-maintained, the moving company's space also included someone is surprisingly large art collection (they informed me it had been there for six months, wow!). Who would have thought that putting away my old couch could be so culturally significant?
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
