The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had a large collection of plants, and they made sure each one was upright and secure in the truck. My furniture was wrapped and loaded with care, and my outdoor furniture was cleaned and packed neatly. My wine fridge was transported without a scratch, and they set it up in my kitchen at the new house. The movers helped unpack my fragile items and checked in with me to make sure nothing was missing.
The movers from this company were very organized and quick. They kept me updated on everything throughout the move, and all my belongings arrived safely at my new place. I'm so grateful for their help, and I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed to move.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

At the new place, they stacked the boxes in a way that left room for me to maneuver around. They kept asking if I was okay with the placement of everything, which was such a relief. I couldn’t be happier.
My cat escaped during the chaos of the move, and I was freaking out. One of the movers helped me look for him and spotted him hiding under the couch. They waited patiently until I got him secured back in his carrier.
