Fast, Careful Long Distance

I wanted to downsize my stuff before moving, but time got the better of me. Thankfully, the moving staff took everything I had—even the junk I planned to donate—and neatly loaded it. Once at the new house, they positioned my main furniture and stacked the “to donate” boxes in the garage. I appreciated how they adapted to my last-minute requests without complaint. Their patience and flexibility were a godsend. It felt like they were genuinely focused on helping me transition smoothly, rather than just doing a job.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Thanks for the awesome move.

We had to relocate our small bakery to a bigger storefront, which meant moving fridges, ovens, and display cases. Talk about heavy and bulky! The movers came prepared with dollies and straps. They worked efficiently but didn’t rush, ensuring that all equipment was balanced on the ramps. After reaching the new location, they helped position the fridges in the right spots so we could plug them in immediately. Their expertise was invaluable, and everything arrived in perfect working order. Definitely made the commercial move less daunting.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
