The movers' level of efficiency is unprecedented. They had a strategy for every possible move, so it was clear they knew what they were doing. Despite their rapid work, nothing seemed rushed. Crucially, they did not skimp on it.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
Since I had to handle both moving my family and starting a new job, I got this company to handle everything for me. Packing, loading, unloading and unpacking were all handled by the moving company. What I liked most was how little effort it took from me. Everything was placed exactly where it should be in each room and it felt we had been living in the house for many days by evening.
Despite the weather, the crew worked efficiently and cheerfully on the day of the transfer. Upon entering the house, they removed their soaked shoes and ensured that my possessions remained dry.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
