We called Mayzlin Relocation LLC for help moving out of a two-bedroom rental into our first purchased home. The biggest headache was a king-sized bed and some oversized rugs. The team took their time and made sure everything stayed clean and organized. They worked around our toddler's nap and still finished ahead of schedule. It made the day feel way more manageable.
I needed to move a mix of art supplies, framed paintings, and furniture from my old studio into a shared workspace. The movers were super attentive. They asked before moving anything fragile and gave extra care to each canvas. I appreciated how they didn’t just treat it like ordinary boxes. Every item was handled with care and arrived without a single scuff.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
After my lease ended, I needed to move into a storage unit for a few months before settling into a new place. My main concern was keeping my electronics and wooden furniture in good shape during the transfer. The team was detailed, using extra padding and wrapping where it mattered. They treated the job seriously, even though it was temporary storage. That level of care stayed with me.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
