Read More March 23, 2026 I wish I would have used Rat Pack and not Mayzlin. They were quick to get you to sign up. Promised me my stuff would be stored up where I was moving, it wasn't. it was stored in California when I moved to Washington. They didn't tell you needed a cashier check or money order after you signed up for the remainer of the balance. They won't take your credit card after they sign you up. They will take Zelle but depending on the size of your move, your limit with Zelle may not be able to cover it. I gave them a 30 day notice on when I would like my stuff, they didn't start loading the truck until 5 days later. I was navigating through combining homes and taking care of my eldery mother. When my stuff arrived, they damaged the NEW floors in my NEW house. I multiple broken dishes, and potterybarn table. The movers they got to help unload the truck where from an ad they placed for day rate help and they DID NOT care about your stuff or your house. I have sent the reuired email for a claim on the broken items but we will see what they do. I don't hold much hope. Also when I called the sales person, he answered at first and said he would follow up - he didn't (Thanks Nick) and stop repsonding all together. Overall - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Read More I had high hopes for Mayzlin Relocation, but the experience ended up being frustrating. The sales process was smooth and convincing, but after booking, the level of service dropped off. Getting in touch with someone became difficult, and responses were often delayed or unclear. There were also unexpected changes that weren’t properly explained, which added unnecessary stress to the move. For the amount charged, I expected much better organization and communication. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but I wouldn’t use them again.
