Royal Treatment.
I was very nervous about carrying my grand piano down a narrow brownstone staircase, with corners at the tight end. The crew came in, carefully studied the clearance and deployed special rigging that made a half-ton instrument feel as light as a feather. They were like a well-rehearsed ballet (minus the tutus, and more than the lifting, but more to the point).

The move-out company Lowes Van Lines had a great 5-star move-out experience! When I moved recently, I looked at the number of possessions that I had and underestimated that by half, and the movers didn't even show up with half of that. I thought that everything was going to go wrong, but to my surprise, they helped me with the last of my kitchen, and they labeled everything and packed it into boxes to send off while keeping to schedule. It was just astounding how they managed to keep up with the move regardless of my inconveniences. I can only give them praise!

Fantastic experience with a truly hardworking team! We had accumulated a lot of belongings over the years, so there were far more boxes than we initially thought. The movers never complained and continued working with the same energy throughout the day. They were careful with fragile items and handled the heavier pieces professionally. Everything arrived safely, which was the most important thing to us.
