This review is about Lincoln Logistics located at 1133 White Pine Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33414 and 2112 S Congress Ave Ste 105 Palm Springs, FL 33406 Fraudulent company. Classic bait and switch. Stole over $5,000 from us. Do not hire. We booked months in advance. The manager, A.E. even acted as a fake customer when I asked for two references. They know exactly what they are doing and how to get away with stealing legally. Neither my credit card company or bank could give me either of my two deposits back even though they wanted to. They said their hands were tied since this moving broker sent a moving truck and laborers to our house. They quoted ~$11,000 months in advance then 4 days before the move they bumped up that price up by an additional $4,000, and I still said yes. Then the day of the move the Movers demanded an extra $5,000. We said no way and kicked them off of our property. We did not allow them to pack a single item. Lincoln Logistics refuses to give us back our deposits. When I called Florida's Attorney General's office for fraud they quote said "at least you didn't fall for the entire scam and let them load your belongings onto the truck for them to hold hostage for even more money!"
Horrible service! The movers arrived late, claiming their GPS “misled them.” They banged my furniture against walls, and left scratches everywhere. My antique cabinet has a cracked glass panel now, and they acted like it was my fault. Never again!
If you are looking for a moving company please don’t choose Lincoln Logistics. When I first spoke with them we had a lengthy call where we went over everything that would be making the trip. I was told it would cost around 5k, I agreed and signed the contract. A few days out from our move we get a call to go over things one more time, the lady my husband spoke to said we were taking up too much space and it was going to be 10k! I was livid because we had other quotes where someone came to our house, looked at everything and quoted us 6k but we went with Lincoln instead. We had no choice but to bite the bullet since the contract was already signed. To make things worse the movers were supposed to be to our house on 9.11 we got a call the day of saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.12! 9.12 comes and we get another call saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.13 @10am. They didn’t show up until almost 3pm and then asked my husband to take them to get food! This all felt so wrong but our hands were tied, our closing day was coming up and at this point we wanted it to be over. By the end of the pack we had a bunch of our things we had to leave because it didn’t fit. Lincoln Logistics is the worst when it comes to communication, sales tactics and integrity. I will be telling everyone I know never to use them and I hope this review helps whoever is reading it to make a better more informed decision than I did.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT took over a month to receive our things. when we would call for an update we were told no changes so our things were sitting on a truck for over a few weeks! when we tried to call again nobody would take our calls. when we did finally get our things, the boxes were so badly broken, my couch was cut, look like they just threw everything in the truck with no care. only got $69 dollars for the damages! come to find out when the mover arrived for drop off the reason it took so long was because the company was waiting to get another order that was heading to Texas! WORST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
I’ve relocated many times before, but none as seamless as this one. The movers arrived 20 minutes early, which was great since it gave them a head-start. They worked in perfect unison, and wrapped each piece of furniture and appliance with extra care. Even my delicate collection of wine glasses survived the journey without a single chip. I was beyond impressed!
Both of you performed an excellent job. Robert and John were cordial, speedy, and energetic. By using corner protectors, they safely delivered my furnishings. I was even more impressed by how quickly they mounted my tv on the wall. I would confidently suggest your company to anyone.
My experience with their movers was a nightmare! They managed to jam my couch in the stairwell, then gave up and left it there! I had to hire another company to fix their mess. These guys are beyond incompetent!
I was very disappointed with the moving service. When speaking on the phone with a booking representative, I stated exactly what I had and that I would want it delivered on May 13th. He told me that is doable, quoted me for 286 square feet, and stated that the move would take 3 days so the movers would pick up my stuff on the 10th. When the company called to confirm my move, the woman said the movers were scheduled to pick up my things on the 11th. I told her I scheduled it for the 10th and she told me the company always gives a two day window for pick up. When I told her I was not told that and I would prefer the 10th she said she was going to put me on hold and check, she never came back from hold and no one answered my phone call when I called back. The movers who came on the 11th struggled throughout- pushing my boxes down the stairs, scuffing the walls, and damaged my dresser. When the driver looked at my belongings, he told me I had to pay for more square footage. Once all my belongings were in the truck, I went in and measured the square footage, it was in fact within 286 square feet. However, the driver said square footage calculation includes the empty space. I asked if we could stack my boxes/ plastic bin higher to therefore take up less space. He said no the boxes were too heavy. When the movers arrived on the 15th with my belongings, everything was stacked to the top of their truck. Therefore, it was within the original 286 square feet so I am not sure why I had to pay extra for more square footage. I wish the booking representative was more transparent/ honest with me about the moving timeline/ process. I also with they outsourced more reliable movers. On another note, I did love the two movers who dropped off my belongings on the 15th. They were very kind and efficient. I would hire those two specific men in the future. But unfortunately not use this company.
