I was relocating for work, and time was a major factor. Fortunately, the crew arrived promptly, just as planned. They were incredibly well-prepared and brought their own tools to disassemble my bed and large furniture. Each piece was securely packed in padded blankets, and everything arrived in great shape. Highly recommended!
I’ve relocated many times before, but none as seamless as this one. The movers arrived 20 minutes early, which was great since it gave them a head-start. They worked in perfect unison, and wrapped each piece of furniture and appliance with extra care. Even my delicate collection of wine glasses survived the journey without a single chip. I was beyond impressed!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT took over a month to receive our things. when we would call for an update we were told no changes so our things were sitting on a truck for over a few weeks! when we tried to call again nobody would take our calls. when we did finally get our things, the boxes were so badly broken, my couch was cut, look like they just threw everything in the truck with no care. only got $69 dollars for the damages! come to find out when the mover arrived for drop off the reason it took so long was because the company was waiting to get another order that was heading to Texas! WORST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
Horrible service! The movers arrived late, claiming their GPS “misled them.” They banged my furniture against walls, and left scratches everywhere. My antique cabinet has a cracked glass panel now, and they acted like it was my fault. Never again!
This review is about Lincoln Logistics located at 1133 White Pine Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33414 and 2112 S Congress Ave Ste 105 Palm Springs, FL 33406 Fraudulent company. Classic bait and switch. Stole over $5,000 from us. Do not hire. We booked months in advance. The manager, A.E. even acted as a fake customer when I asked for two references. They know exactly what they are doing and how to get away with stealing legally. Neither my credit card company or bank could give me either of my two deposits back even though they wanted to. They said their hands were tied since this moving broker sent a moving truck and laborers to our house. They quoted ~$11,000 months in advance then 4 days before the move they bumped up that price up by an additional $4,000, and I still said yes. Then the day of the move the Movers demanded an extra $5,000. We said no way and kicked them off of our property. We did not allow them to pack a single item. Lincoln Logistics refuses to give us back our deposits. When I called Florida's Attorney General's office for fraud they quote said "at least you didn't fall for the entire scam and let them load your belongings onto the truck for them to hold hostage for even more money!"
They were helpful, informed, and patient with our many questions and concerns. The movers took extra precautions with our possessions and did it with a cheerful disposition. We couldn't be happier.
Lincoln Logistics is the moving broker that brokered my long-distance move from Maryland to Florida. They provided me with an initial moving quote that was lower than the 10+ other estimates I received so I went with their company and paid my initial deposit after reading positive reviews on a website specifically for moving companies. The day before my move, I provided them with an updated estimate of items to move and provided them with dimensions as I had a tape measure handy. My quote increased by $1.3K which I didn't mind as this was still lower than the other quotes I received and the initial quote was given without me providing any dimensions . On the day of pick-up, the movers from the company Lincoln Logistics contracted my move to (Fairway Moving LLC) arrived and immediately informed me that my items were not going to fit in the designated space based on my estimate and that I could either leave items and boxes behind or pay for more space. My price jumped up an additional $1200 meaning that my total cost was now more than double the initial estimate I received from Lincoln Logistics upon signing my initial contract. The movers who completed pickup left several scratches and marks throughout my house and did not handle my items with care at all. They also left trash and used tape throughout my house upon leaving and attempted to pressure me into giving them a tip. After arriving in Florida, I reached out to the moving company to provide me with an estimate of when my items would arrive and was told that I would only be given an hour notice which is unreasonable as a working professional. The foreman of the delivery called me and informed me that I would now have to pay an additional $500 for my items to be transferred from the giant tractor trailer they had been placed in for some reason to a U-Haul so he could easily gain entry to my apartment complex. Upon arrival, I was also charged for the steps it took to get to my unit, adding an extra $150 to my cost. This brought my total cost to 2.5 times the original estimate. When my items were delivered, boxes were torn apart, broken, and had items spilling out of them. Several furniture pieces and boxes were missing, and items that were marked fragile (such as my tv box) clearly were not treated as such, resulting in my TV being completely damaged and rendered unusable. Additionally, many of my items had been disassembled between the original pickup and drop off, but were not delivered with the screws, bolts, and other pieces that would allow me to reassemble them. It is clear to me that Lincoln Logistics does not try to find movers who will take care of your items and only tries to pack as many items from as many moves as possible into the moving trucks they use to prioritize profit. This company will provide you with a low-ball estimate to get you locked into a contract with them and pair you with movers who will nickel and dime you for everything. I have moved several times, and this is by far my worst moving experience. Avoid at all costs!
I am deeply disappointed with Lincoln Logistics and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. When I initially contacted them, I was given a reasonable quote and assured that everything was in order for my upcoming move. However, just days before my scheduled move, they suddenly changed the price, demanding a significantly higher amount. This last-minute bait-and-switch left me scrambling, with no time to make alternative arrangements. This is the email that I sent them and have received no response. I am also writing to the Department of Transportation, The Better Business Bureau, filing a fraud complaint with my bank and contacting the news. I just want my money back. I have called over 30 times regarding a refund that I deserve for contract # 2909790 for services that they never rendered. They never did anything for me except steal my money. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for clarification and resolution, no one from Lincoln Logistics has bothered to return my calls. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Their deceptive practices and lack of communication are simply unacceptable.
If you are looking for a moving company please don’t choose Lincoln Logistics. When I first spoke with them we had a lengthy call where we went over everything that would be making the trip. I was told it would cost around 5k, I agreed and signed the contract. A few days out from our move we get a call to go over things one more time, the lady my husband spoke to said we were taking up too much space and it was going to be 10k! I was livid because we had other quotes where someone came to our house, looked at everything and quoted us 6k but we went with Lincoln instead. We had no choice but to bite the bullet since the contract was already signed. To make things worse the movers were supposed to be to our house on 9.11 we got a call the day of saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.12! 9.12 comes and we get another call saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.13 @10am. They didn’t show up until almost 3pm and then asked my husband to take them to get food! This all felt so wrong but our hands were tied, our closing day was coming up and at this point we wanted it to be over. By the end of the pack we had a bunch of our things we had to leave because it didn’t fit. Lincoln Logistics is the worst when it comes to communication, sales tactics and integrity. I will be telling everyone I know never to use them and I hope this review helps whoever is reading it to make a better more informed decision than I did.
My experience with their movers was a nightmare! They managed to jam my couch in the stairwell, then gave up and left it there! I had to hire another company to fix their mess. These guys are beyond incompetent!
