Read More This company will scam you by the switch and bait sales tactic. Then, after you agree to pay them more, they come back and say they need even more money from you. If you don’t pay the inflated amount, they threaten leg al action. Read the yelp reviews- I wish I had!

Read More During my experience with International Van Lines movers, I appreciated that Joseph, my moving coordinator, kept me well-informed from start to finish. To top it off, he was also very accessible and responded promptly to my calls. He was excellent at communicating!

The only reason I gave this one star is because ultimately my stuff arrived. It was awful. The sales person told me it would take 3-5 days. 15 days later my stuff arrived ... Read More The only reason I gave this one star is because ultimately my stuff arrived. It was awful. The sales person told me it would take 3-5 days. 15 days later my stuff arrived. I got passed along to 5 different people along the process. No one would tell me where my stuff was during the journey (NOTE: put air tags in your boxes if you use this company! Wish I had!) Furthermore, I paid hundreds of dollars to have this company pack some fragile items like computer screens, tvs and framed art. They only put those items in boxes. No bubble wrap, no paper. When I called to complain they said "we did not specify packing materials and our records show the items were put in boxes and arrived". Seriously? I was not able to get a refund for that. The driver of the truck was rude and got mad because he showed up at my apartment with an 80' truck and expected me to get permits so he could park in the street and block traffic. Um...I only had stuff for a studio apartment. He obviously put my stuff on a huge truck with other things, but the sales person didn't tell me that. Stay away from this company. The sales rep seemed good but everything past that point was a nightmare.

Read More I grew up in a military family, so moving was a common occurrence. In fact, I have moved around 12 times in my life, having some good and not-so-good experiences with moving companies. This time, I could not afford to have a horrible experience or get charged additional fees, so I decided to go with IVL, who came highly recommended. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my decision. My relocation manager, Diego, was amiable and knowledgeable, and he made some great recommendations that helped me plan for my move. The movers were on time, and they did an excellent job packing and preparing everything for the move. I had no broken items, loss, or theft, so everything went well. I would use them again if I had to move, but I plan on staying here for a while.

The moving team they sent were fast, efficient and respectful of my 83yr old mother in laws things. If we need a moving company again we are calling IVL
