Moving company in Garfield, NJ
I was very impressed by their level of professionalism and how things were done so efficiently. Everything in my home was carefully and quickly packed by the movers. Everything about it was great. It’s great to have you here for support!
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
We had a tricky piece of family history to move: a large, antique loom used by my great-grandmother. It’s unwieldy with fragile wooden parts. The movers studied how it was assembled before deciding on the best approach to disassemble it. They placed each wooden beam in padded blankets, then used zip ties to keep smaller rods together. I got the sense they were genuinely curious about the loom’s history, too. Setting it up in my new craft room felt like reuniting with an old friend, and it wouldn’t have been possible without their careful efforts.
Small things often stress me out, but their positive attitude makes everything easier to handle. They packed and unpacked the container at speeds I found amazing, keeping everything safe. I always felt that they had complete control of the situation.
