Moving company in Garfield, NJ
We moved long-distance recently and used their service. The moving coordinator stayed in constant contact throughout the process, which helped ease our nerves. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The final bill was reasonably priced too. They have our highest recommendation!
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
We were relocating after a major remodel and wanted everything handled carefully since there were new floors, fresh paint, and delicate furniture. The movers wore boot covers, laid down runners, and worked around tight corners without leaving a mark. They were clearly experienced!
They worked like a well-oiled machine, coordinating with each other, lifting heavy items with ease, and handling every step with care. I’ve never seen a more efficient team.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
We had a last-minute commercial office move and only a weekend to get everything done. These guys pulled it off smoothly, they packed up electronics, cubicles, and files with careful labeling. They even helped reconnect some of the monitors after delivery. Really appreciated how organized and professional they were!
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
