Customer Highlights

Jun 10, 2025

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.

A friend recommended this company for an urgent move. The crew arrived early with all the necessary supplies, including sturdy containers and bubble wrap. I appreciated their care for my books and vinyl collection. They adhered to the original quote, and nothing was lost or damaged during delivery. I would gladly use them again!

Extremely professional gentlemen.

We had an awesome experience during our recent relocation with their movers. They were incredible at managing everything from packing to delivery. To top it off, we had several bulky wardrobes which we were concerned about, but thankfully, the movers disassembled on-site and reassembled them easily after delivery. Their technical know-how saved us a ton of hassle and ensured everything fit perfectly in the new space. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

This guys are pros

Our art studio moved into a larger warehouse space, and we had dozens of framed works, sculpture pieces, and sensitive materials that needed climate-conscious transport. The movers brought all the right tools – custom crates, padding, and breathable wrapping. Everything arrived without a single chip or smudge. Impressive work!

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
