Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.

Was giving an estimate for 3100$ like always I had more stuff than I thought ..so I called with new info about number of boxes etc ..was giving a new price of 6000$ thought it was a little high because I only added on 25 boxes but I agreed ..when I looked closely to the estimate it was for 140 boxes ..I only have 65 boxes ..so I thought when movers came it would be a little cheaper ..but to my surprise the movers said I didn’t pay for enough space..so I needed to pay more for a total of close to 10000$ …I have 75 less boxes than they estimated for ..either the person giving estimate doesn’t know how to do their job or the movers don’t …if I could give them 0 stars I would …oh & it was a Sunday so the 5 different phone numbers I had ..no one answered even tho I was giving the customer service number on Saturday night & told to call on the day of my move which was the next day ..on a Sunday ..no one to talk to ..I told the movers to leave ..I know I will lose half of my deposit but after them scamming me with a decent price then going up to 10000 with less things to move than what was estimated..I figured I better stop now ..If they are that bad, I given estimates what in the world are they gonna do with my furniture.. I decided to rent a truck do it for myself for a whole lot less even after losing the money for the deposit is still cheaper than the 10,000
