Moving company in Garfield, NJ
Everything about the service, from the time I made the initial phone to the arrival of the crew to collect and move my -old furniture from SD to AZ, was excellent. The movers were professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would use them again and suggest them to anyone I know who is moving.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
Howard’s Vanline was a great choice, and I'm relieved my grandma wasn't anxious about it because of my history of bad experiences with moving companies. They obviously knew what they were doing when they took extra precautions to protect her furniture. Affordable and welcoming pricing too. This group has my full support!
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
Carl and the team packed and delivered our fragile décor to us in pristine condition. They draped everything in shock-absorbent padding and an additional layer of soft blankets. For the final step, they encased them in wooden crates with lids for extra protection. We were over the moon when everything arrived unscathed to us. Highly recommend them!
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
