Customer Highlights

Loved them!

My relocation from one state to another involved moving during winter weather, with snow on the ground. The movers put protective coverings on my floors and wore boot covers to keep the new house clean. They wrapped my wooden furniture tightly to prevent moisture damage. By the time they finished, every piece was in place and completely undamaged by the cold

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Captivating Experience

I transported my pottery collection from my home studio to a gallery downtown. Every piece was wrapped in thick paper and placed in padded crates. The movers carried each crate by hand rather than stacking them, which kept all my work in perfect condition. Setting up at the gallery was quick since everything was labeled and easy to unpack.

It was a very positive experience.

I had to get my office furniture moved into a freshly painted space. Howards Van Line made sure every desk leg had padding so nothing scratched the new floors. Once the desks and chairs were in place, the room looked exactly like I had pictured. It made setting up my computers and files significantly faster than I expected.

Good Communication!!!

I moved my grandmother's antique furniture from her home to my apartment across town. Each piece was wrapped with blankets and handled with care, especially the delicate dresser with its original mirror. The movers kept a steady pace, making sure nothing was bumped along the way. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and the pieces look beautiful in their new space.

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
