Moving company in Garfield, NJ
I was relocating for work and needed movers who could handle everything from packing to transportation. This company made the entire process seamless! They carefully packed my fragile items, loaded everything securely, and delivered on time. I felt completely at ease throughout!
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
Howards Van Line saved our family when we moved at the last minute. The arriving team was very attentive to our stressful situation. We had items still in boxes when they arrived, and they helped us pack and tape everything calmly. They moved our huge washing machine without complaint. Everything finished faster than expected. We are very satisfied with the service!
When we moved our warehouse we had dozens of shelves, tools and equipment but the movers remained organized throughout the process. They also verified measurements and floor plans just to avoid mistakes during unloading. With them, we were up and running in the new space within no time.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
