Customer Highlights

They carefully wrapped all our furniture

I hired Howards Van Line to move a large collection of musical instruments, including a piano and several guitars. I was anxious about potential damage. James explained how they would secure each instrument before transport. I watched them wrap and cushion everything with patience. When we arrived at the new place, each instrument was safe and intact.

Above and Beyond

I need to mention how clean they left everything. After loading the truck, they swept the garage and the driveway at my old house. At the new place, they put down floor protectors the whole way through. When they left, there wasn't a single scuff mark or piece of packing tape on the floor. That attention to detail is rare.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE

In terms of moving, this had to be the worst experience. My furniture appeared to have been tossed down a flight of stairs and was filthy, and all of my belongings were shattered or destroyed. My dressers had dents and scratches on them. Despite paying for a full service, none of my goods were reassembled. There are no tools with the movers. They damaged over $3,000 worth of my belongings after paying $3,000 to transport them. My crates were all open, and the contents were flung about as if they were playing soccer. I had the impression that I was in a punked episode.

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

They were fantastic from start to finish..

As soon as the final plant was in place, everything finally felt calm. I had been tossing and turning for nights, wondering if my fragile orchids would survive the chilly journey to the new property. The team cushioned every porcelain planter with such precision that not a single leaf dropped. It was such a joy to see my display tables ready.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
