Moving company in Garfield, NJ
The move to my new place from TX to NJ went just the way I hoped. The movers arrived early, checked what needed to go first, and kept things moving till the end. They didn’t rush or cut corners. The long drive through steep turns was handled carefully. By late afternoon, all items were inside, and I could finally relax.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
The outcome exceeded what I expected. I had a tight schedule for moving between rental units, and the crew respected every deadline. They handled my belongings responsibly and stayed focused through the afternoon. I liked that they checked with me about placement before finishing. The timing matched perfectly, and nothing needed to be redone.
The move from my old flat to my new condo went well. I called the company after reviewing their good feedback online. The team came prepared with all their tools and stuff. They secured the boxes properly and made sure fragile items were handled correctly.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
