No -showed a schedule delivery; refused to provide update or alternate solutions. Quit answering their phones and no one EVER called back. Terrible experience for a cross country move. DO NOT USE!!! My items never showed up so I guess we go the legal route.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

Everything went exactly as I hoped it would for my small business move yesterday. I had to shift a lot of pantry items and heavy kitchen containers to the new catering space. The guys were very helpful and even helped me carry some smaller bags that I had left in my car. I liked that they were very polite and made sure I was happy with where they put the boxes. It was a very good experience.

Large coolers with food products were kept separate from the rest. William made sure the ice packs stayed in place so nothing shifted around. Each item was loaded into the truck with enough room left for signage and folded banners.
