They helped us do our move quickly

I was really impressed with how the move was handled. The crew came in, took a quick look around, and explained what they would do first before starting. They kept the work moving without stopping often and didn’t seem confused at any point. The whole day felt easy from my side, and I appreciated how they stayed focused until the move was done.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

Unforgettable Experience

The move to my new place went fine because the workers arrived at my old house exactly at 8 am. I had about fifty boxes that were sitting in the living room, and I got them all out to the truck in under two hours. The guys were careful not to hit the door frames while they were walking back and forth. We made it across the city, and they put the boxes in the garage. I am finished with the work, and the price was what we talked about.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!

The company handled the relocation of library materials last week. The team arrived at the scheduled time and began work immediately. The team packed all the things using proper wrapping materials. The items were moved from the building to the vehicle in a steady sequence. At the new site, they unloaded as directed and completed the process without extended downtime.

A Scam from the start!

This company called me after I searched online for a Movers for my relocation to Florida from North Carolina. The representative advised me that if he could give me a decent price for my 1 bedroom apartment move, would I consider it and I did. He stated that they already had a move near by in the area so the cost would be minimal at best. I agreed and we did the financial part with ACH bank transfer (which you cant get back after 5 days). I didnt hear back from them until 3 days before the move and then was quoted a new amount which was double the amount. I declined, then was called back by their quality assurance person & with adjustments, I agreed to continue the contract...long to short, when they picked up my things, they only could take half the items...now I've been in Florida for 2 wks and they have no idea when or where my things are....and they still expect the last payment from me also. This was a scam from jump...even their moving people were like..."Sue if you can, they do this often".

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
