We were on the third floor with a very steep staircase to the street, but you wouldn’t have guessed the movers had difficulty with that. They transported trip after trip without batting an eye, navigating pieces such as my queen bed frame and outdoor grill. I’m impressed so much with their persistence and strength!
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
