Moving company in Garfield, NJ
I moved from a three-bedroom apartment to a house and was worried it would take all day. But the team made it quick and smooth. They arrived on time, packed everything fast, and were careful with my things. I liked that they helped set up a few things in the new place, too. Everything was done faster than I expected.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
We had a small window between moving out of our rental and moving into our new house. Howards Van Line team provided short-term storage and helped coordinate delivery perfectly. They made what could’ve been a nightmare into a well-timed process!
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
I was moving out of a condo with tight hallways and stairs, which made it difficult for me to figure out how everything would fit. The movers carefully navigated the stairs with my furniture and even got the couch through the tight doorways. They were so efficient and didn’t damage a thing, despite the challenges. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
