Very hard working group of guys

Our keys for the new studio were delayed, and we were stuck waiting outside with all our gear on the sidewalk. Howards Van Line took care of the situation by keeping everything safe inside the truck until the manager arrived with the spare set. They stayed patient and didn't charge us extra for the wait time while we sorted out the paperwork. It was a huge relief.

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

A Dream Team.

After weeks of packing and delays, I just wanted the move done without issues. These guys didn’t waste my time. They asked for a quick walkthrough and started loading everything without dragging it out. I didn’t feel rushed, but they weren’t slow either. They adjusted to the way I had sorted things, which made the whole process easier. It felt like they understood the flow of moving day better than I did. Honestly, that took a lot of pressure off me.

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

We had a flawless, full service move.

They didn’t treat it like just another job. You could tell they were paying attention to the layout and the way we wanted things stacked. That made unpacking at the new shop way smoother for our team.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
